What Chessie-Proof Toys have you found?

I am pretty tough on toys! I LOVE squeaky toys and will work for hours to remove the squeak! Then if it has stuffing – that is the next to go!!! If there is no stuffing, I rip it into tiny pieces.

My one problem is I like to CONSUME toys. Pam thought she found the perfect toy! SKINZ – all squeak and no stuffying. I swallowed the ENTIRE toy!!! It was about 18 inches long! Fortunately I have a belly of steel and came out – in a pile of puke about 4 days later! No more SKINZ here!

Barbara – I’d like to hear too! I haven’t found anything that Tucker can’t de-squeak in under 3 minutes… Very sad for Daisey who lives for the squeak!

Jenn – My chessie did not destroy it, just like to put it in my lap and squeak it with her nose (ouch). My friends Berner destroyed one…

Tracy -  We have 2 of them. Remy loves them after 5 years!

Lula R. Chessie -  Pam is worried about the feet, that I might amputate them!

Jenn – My friends Berner destoyed everything, this took a while and she only gave it to him when she was in the room

Joyce – Hershey eat the legs off and start to eat the rest until we took it away from him. He eats everything.

Bella – I think those legs look very “”chewable”…..the tiny ears too. Kongs are pretty solid?

Lula R. Chessie – Hmmm, I like to that too, Bella I LOVE THE SQUEAK, any Kongs squeak??? I have lots of Kongs but I am a squeaker.

Robyn – They make them without feet. Feet get chewed off around our house too. For some reason the horns did not get chewed off.

Rachel – I wonder if Orbee has anything that squeaks. ellie can’t destroy the ball.

Lula R. Chessie – Okay, Pam is going to let me try the Other Cuz Large one! I will report back!

Marita – If he’s a destructive chewer, please think twice. My Dylan took the legs off of this toy just as soon as we forgot to take it awy from him and walked out of the room. Thank God, he left the spare parts on the floor. Great toy for “easy does it” chewers, though.

Marita – If you can keep an eye on him when he has it, he’ll have a blast.

Lula R. Chessie – Marita, which of the above toys did Dylan take the legs off? Pam ordered the “Other Cuz” and the bone.

Lula R. Chessie – FYI I am destructive!

Tracy – Dexter immediately chews off the feet, he does spit them out…the toy holds up well other than the feet

Linda – My chessies remove the feet. They also changed the design..the newer ones are different. We get the “good cuz” because they also removed the horns.

Linda – These last in our house..can’t remember if we get the 6 inch or 8 inch. They love to crush them, but they inflate right back up.

Lula R. Chessie – I think Pam ordered one of those for Louie! I am all about the squeak! If it doesn’t squeak or contain food, I will have NOTHING to do with it!

Lula R. Chessie – Ya know I am thinking I should start a Chessie-Proof toy section on my blog! Then we can all have a resource for this information!

Marita – He destroyed the red one that looks like the devil. Just a word to the wise for the parent of a destructive chewer. Kong toys are the best. If they absolutely MUST have the squeak, there is a fuzzy KONG football that has stood the test of time. Let me know how you make out on this one.
